Paid for my SC today & still nothing in the post! Sort it out City!

Cards don't get sent out for some time yet, have soon faith.

Just to double check, I've relocated but my ticket is staying gold with no additional schemes or changes to last years direct debit, so I can just leave it to auto renew?

I think that is ok if you have relocated. I posted above and after the reply, I looked back at emails and I have had a ST renewal one hidden amongst the other thousand I seem to get every week.

Here are the relevent bits from my auto-renewal e-mail.

As part of your decision to pay for your 2014/15 Seasoncard by Direct Debit, you agreed to an automatic renewal process for season 2015/16.

This season we have introduced 10 interest-free monthly instalments, making paying for your Seasoncard even more affordable and convenient than before. Your instalments will automatically change from four to 10; there is nothing for you to do.

Your Seasoncard will automatically renew on or just after Monday 18th May, at which point you will receive a confirmation email. If you would like to renew your Seasoncard sooner, you can do so from 9am Friday 1st May until 5pm Saturday 16th May in one of three easy ways:

Call +44 (0)161 444 1894 and select option 1, option 1, option 2 (available 24-hours, £2.50 booking fee per Seasoncard applies)

In person at the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office located in City Square

Should you wish to make any changes to your Seasoncard, amend any of your extras or change bank details, you must renew using one of the above sales channels before 5pm Saturday 16th May and re-enter your Direct Debit details.

Selected Direct Debit but absolutely no mention of this in the confirmation email. Under payment method it even says 'Visa Debit'.

Piss poor.

No chance am I entering my card details in 3 separate times for the cup schemes either. Easier way to do it?

Will give it another half hour. Postman still has time to deliver so I will give him a chance before I accuse him of being a rag and hiding it from me

My postman (Post Office) has just been and I mean just (15.45) and he still hasn't delivered mine, I'm getting worried!! Mind you there is still time for the other one the Twist or whatever it is called to deliver because it was 19.05 last night!! But if I find out he's hiding it from me there will be trouble. ;-)

It's called whistle mate and they went bunk this morning.
