Me and my dad are on the waiting list and it although my dad has a supporters number from when I paid the deposits 17 months ago, it won't let us log in with that supporters number and we have had to set up a new one. Will it be the ticket office that could help us sort this out or will we both me linked through my supporters number already?

I asked @MCFCHELP and they told me they both need an account to do this but I tried explaining that I have made an account but It isn't showing the correct loyalty number? Not sure what to do so I think I might ring the club later and see If they'll help me over the phone

I pay for the 3 season cards by direct debit .
The brochure /,letter that came said do nothing if nothing was to change.
The e mail says reserve your seat
Is this for the people that pay for the ticket in one go cash/ credit card/debit card ,or is it for us direct debit payers who are already committed ?

If all three season card holders want to stay in their seats, then you don't need to do anything. The email says ...

A number of supporters might wish to relocate their Seasoncard seat as part of a friend or family group. We want to make sure you continue to have the flexibility to do this, however we also recognise the need to safeguard your current seat location.
As a result, should you wish to relocate your Seasoncard seat as part of a friend or family group ..(blah,blah)

When the renewal window opens in May, the system will see that you have not moved (if you haven't changed seats in the relocation window which is about to open), and charge you the price for those seats for next season. If you paid by direct debit, then you will be charged the same way as last year (either in one go if that is how you paid, or in instalments if you chose that last year). If you paid any other way last year you will need to send a cheque, bankers draft, carrier pigeon with cash or arrange a new direct debit following the instructions they'll give in May.

Anyone who HAS changed seats in the relocation window, will be charged the prices applicable to their new seat location.

The instalments option HAS changed from 4x periods to 10x monthly.

Still not 100% convinced you could quite easily have highlighted the "we also need to recognise the need to safeguard your current seat location "

That bit follows on from "A number of supporters might wish to relocate" and precedes "As a result, should you wish to relocate" but you're right it does look to be worded badly.

Is anyone having problems accepting somebody else on your behalf to relocate you on the Seasoncard Account Management page?

Asks me to confirm, I then click yes and a message pops up saying "We apologise for the inconvenience but we could not process that request"

Well I`m NOT taking any chances as my letter states "you can reserve your existing seat or re-locate ....".
Now whether my letter is different than most as I am Disabled,is another matter,but I aint taking any chances and will be asking for a reservation on my usual seat on those dates stated.

I tried it last night too, but still wouldn't work.

Do you know if it may have something to do with the fact that 3 of us are all trying to nominate the same person to relocate us so that he can move all of us?
