GUTTED!!! i signed my youngest onto the the waiting list the day after the invite link to sign up was sent out. I filled in his details and approved for payment off £100 deposit to be taken.
Just been told this week payment didnt process and so payment wasnt taken. Even tho his name is in the system as member due the process of me signing him up for payment. He now has to go on a further 2 year waiting list... GUTTED!! Why didnt they inform me of failure of payment.
I wonder if this has happened to anyone else??

Surely their must be a sensible person at the club who will look into this and try and sort it out. With a capacity of 55,000 next season, there must be room for one more Child? Good luck.

Also, a 2 year waiting list would suggest City are now taking names for the expansion of the North stand.

I suspect it really means that they thought they had a 2 year waiting list @ £299, but they'll find its a smaller list at the prices the new sc holders will need to pay.

I think you have a valid point - lets see what the take up is and what the list looks like next season. I'll be looking for 6 seats in the north stand on Tuesday but at 600 quid so leaving some cheaper ones for the guys who need them

Some people seem to have already relocated and moved their seats, yet most people seem to be next Tuesday including me. Why have some already had the chance to relocate? Is it based on present location, loyalty points, shoe size etc.?

People who had to move at the start of this season due to ground works have been given first dibs already.

we still havnt received any renewal letters/packs. As far as we know we do not have to move (i.e. seat/row disappearing) however we would like to move, does anyone know when the 'open relocation' window is?

We have been forced to move from 216 due to the new seats for the Legends lounge which i gutted about as i love my seat.

Anyway could do it from 9am this morning & was done by 9:06 after a quick play on the seat viewer. The seat viewer was great because in my head i wanted an aisle seat on the front row of the new tier but you see that part of the pitch is blocked becauase the barrier at the front goes up where the steps are. moved a few seats along, job done.

The process seemed really easy online but i apprciate that the volume of people trying to move is probably not as many as next week

So after 2 Premier League titles sat in 216 it's an eforced goodby & hello to the front row of 315.... Fingers crossed its just as lucky!

I've had to move from 125 row A and managed to get 125 row B immediately behind where I normally sit so there I go. Result. Set for next season. :-)

Moved this morning due to receiving letter THURSDAY of last week saying my + 2 lads seats no longer exists in 212 due to the segregation area being changed! Der they could have had the decency to pre warn us MONTHS ago. Thanks internal staff! Absolute shambles as per usual. Always has been, always will be in my books. At least we will be there:)

Apparently something to do with changes with the segregation according to the letter received!

my renewal told me that I had to relocate from 212 and chose a new seat from 0900 today but the the online system has just allowed me to reserve my seat in 212.

Seriously Beano? Ffs I don't believe this club @ times!!!!!!!! We have moved PITCHSIDE next to away fans 114. Don't like the sound of it but the lads chose. Another move is possible in my case!

I was thinking that too

I doubt most people know their balance to the nearest £100 and I wouldn't normally check a payment had been taken if I was told it had been taken. The merchant would normally inform the customer in these rare cases.

I'd notice.........I'd also make sure if it was important to me.

I also keep records of what I spend and check this against bank records on line. I've always been security conscious when it comes to my dosh.
