Depends what players we get in and whether VAR is adjusted to actually be fair.
I'll go for 2nd again as things stand.
We need...
2 good and fast centre halves.
Another quality DM - though Tommy Doyle could fit here if given a chance. We also need a quality striker who isn't a midget.
Pep also needs to get players to knock the ball down the channels 1 in 4 times to keep the opposition defence honnest. Going out wide all the time makes it easy for the opposition defence.

If we buy another top class centre half and a quality centre forward we win the league with a bit to spare

It will be very hard for us to regain the premier league title. For me the way Chelsea have bought the right players, they for me are the favourites for the title. We still need 2CB with both Garcia, and Ottomendi both going. The midfield has not got the right balance. We have to many defensive midfielders and only 2 centre midfielders in Berando, and Phil. The rest of the midfield are more wingers then midfield players. We are also light up front. Need another 2 forwards Ederson Cavani would be worth a punt on a free transfer.

City and Liverpool finish above Chelsea for me. I think they'll have a great season though.

Avoid relegation, Gundoghan POTS and Ole replaces Pep at Christmas.
The expectation should be the same every year.
Win the league and/or Champions league. Anything else is a bonus but if we don’t get one of these two, the season can be average at best.
The Carabao or FA cup is nice and all but we’re an elite club now and
our expectations should match our status.
