Season ticket news?

Re: Superbia - Membership 2011/12

I imagine that some money could be made back by selling your ticket on though. I'd be tempted but I probably couldn't make every away game a season. Say if I can only make 9 then the other 10 I have could be sold on for face value then the cost is going to be cloer to 2k than 2.5k.

So what happens to the very loyal supporters who cannot afford this Superbia membership?

Will they drop down a loyalty category and not get priority like they have done for years?

Plain wrong, simple as.

Well it could be argued that it's no different than someone who can't afford a S/T next season, they'll lose out on priority for away and big match tickets.

I agree in a way.

I think and hope they've done it in the way they take the superbia members' tickets off the allocation along with the OSC's and corperate.

and then just sell the tickets in the way we have done for years.

Or have I made this complicated?

Superbia - Membership 2011/12

I can't make it out yet but I just want to know that I can renew on any package before any non season card holder can, and no matter what package, I can be guaranteed my seat even on bronze package.

This is the price of success! I suppose we could all go back to supporting a Div 2 (as was) team and save money *roll eyes*.

We can't have it all ways.

Just because we're aiming for success, doesn't mean we should have to accept being priced out when we've supporting the club in the dark days.

We want reward, not forcing out.

thing is it doesn't sound like priority for away tickets, it sounds like guarantee.

which isn't fair when these wealthier blues will cut normal fans away and cup allocation and furthermore be able to tout if they're not as fair as many blues are.

It is mate.

Chelsea do it and they send out your away tickets in the post without having to ring up etc.

It's every single ticket paid for in one big bulk.

that's wrong imo, these fans might not go to every away and fans who do go away may not get in on the new lower allocation and therefore be charged double price by these fans who have tickets trying to make the money back from their price increase.

There are plenty of 'normal' Blues who spend way, way over the quoted £2.5k and aren't even g'teed tickets.

Plus the fact that we are very likely to play more games and the fact that they are CL as well this idea seems to be a decent idea TBH.

Lets just hope they offer a payment option though ;-)

Yes but I doubt they can afford to pay £2,500 in one big go.
