Season ticket payments - refunds/credits due by June 19th

I had a refund for three Real Madrid tickets on the 5th of June paid into the bank.

Have had Newcastle and Madrid money both paid back into my accpunt

So am I right in saying if you do nothing the club will automatically pay you what's due?
You only contact them if you want the amount taken off next seasons card?

Yes, but the opportunity to get credit has passed.
