That’s how I see it mate.
Thursday’s meeting with the Prem and others might confirm that the season will only conclude behind closed door. That would enable City to start refunds. if a decision is not taken on Thursday then we will be waiting a bit longer, I think.

Me neither!I just don't understand who in there right mind would pay for a behind closed doors season ticket, I couldn't think of anything worse.
Soulless behind closed doors with football players celebrating to empty seats.
I'll 100% go back to Etihad and all the away games I can get to but never will I pay money to watch behind closed doors football.

Me neither, but I did go through my options a while back on my account and switched off a load of permissions for them to send me some emails as I was getting bombarded with shite. Might be something to do with that.Just gone through emails.
Neither I or the Mrs or my son have received this email.
Doesn't matter either way.
I just stated I haven't received any emails, so maybe others haven't either.

As I have said before in connection to this, other companies have been in weekly contact, companies that I have almost no connection to and certainly not one that owes me not a small chuck of change essentially saying "no news this week, but here's what we are doing" . You also seem to "forget" the comment in relation to season tickets at the end that leaves the door open for renewals while in lock-down, so while they have been clear further up (although not when said refund will be implemented) the last paragraph is as clear as mud.I'm not sure what people want City to tell them? Why would you want them to email you saying no news? It's literally pointless. The club's hands are tied until the premier League agree something with the government.

The club could say for example....... "Seasoncards renewal procedure will not be implemented until confirmation of a relaxation of the current social distancing restrictions by HM government are confirmed".
