We received the below on the 31st march
In such challenging times we wanted to let you know what we're doing at Manchester City to keep you connected.
The Supporter Services and Access Teams remain available for you to call whether you have a direct question, or simply wish to reach out and have someone to talk to. Anytime between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, 10am until 5pm on Thursdays, we’re here for you. We’re also available to chat on social media at
@ManCityHelp, so give us a follow.
We are continuing to keep our website and social channels active. As you can’t come to the stadium, we’ll do everything we can to bring the Club to you.
- CITY+ our content subscription, giving you access to exclusive content across all platforms, is FREE to all Cityzens until the football is back.* The perfect way for supporters to ensure they don’t miss out on their fix of all things City. Subscribe here today.
- On our newly launched Cityzens At Home website, you will find regularly updated news, advice and a wide range of fun and educational activities, centred on football, for the whole family to enjoy at home.
- We’ll be sending you a regular newsletter with all of the latest activities from the Club so look out for it in your inbox.
- Follow us on social media via Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
We also want to ensure you keep up to date with important news or changes that may impact you.
- The City Store, Ticket Office and Stadium Tours are now closed. However, we’re offering our UK fans free standard delivery for orders placed via the online store.
- In the interests of supporter, staff and participant welfare, and in line with Government guidance, we have postponed several events. Please be assured it is our full intention to reschedule the postponed events, including the Blue Run, when it is appropriate to do so.
- You can keep up to date with the latest Government guidance here.
We know you have some questions regarding our fixtures. We’ll do our best to help here;
- All matches, regardless of competition, are postponed until 30th April 2020.
- If we are advised of any change in approach from football’s governing bodies, we will act accordingly to ensure that our supporters are not adversely affected. This means that you will receive a refund if matches cannot go ahead or they are played behind closed doors.
- Please note that we will continue to operate as usual at this time and take the final Direct Debit payment for Seasoncards on the 1st and 15th April. This will ensure that you are able to return to the stadium as soon as the season resumes or alternatively, will receive a pro-rata refund should matches not go ahead as planned.
- Some of you have asked about Cup Schemes. All tickets remain valid for rescheduled matches, however, should you cancel your ticket now you would automatically be removed from the respective Cup Scheme. Keeping your ticket ensures that you can maintain your Cup Scheme membership and secures your priority for future matches that you are able to attend, should we progress through the competitions. Should the Cup matches not go ahead as planned, you will receive a full refund and will be allocated the ticket points applicable for joining the respective Cup Scheme.
- 2020/21 Seasoncard Renewals. Although it is likely the renewal period will be delayed due to the ongoing Premier League postponement, this remains under review, and we will share more information as soon as we are able to do so.
Thanks for your continued loyalty and support.
Take care of yourself and your family, and we hope to see you all soon.
Manchester City Football Club.
Stay at Home. Protect the NHS. Save Lives.
*Once the Premier League / FA / UEFA confirm a date to resume competitions, CITY+ will revert to normal, with a monthly payment of £1.99. New subscribers joining during this grace period will still be able to enjoy the 30-day trial.
