I've had weekly emails since this started from Subway basically telling me no news this week... So an email from the club wouldn't go a miss even if its a holding email, to be honest I expect the next email I get from the club will be with regards renewal of my season ticket for next year....City and any other PL club for that matter can do absolutely nothing until Sky/BT/EPL and probably the Government decide what direction football is to go. Simples!

yeh I get that. It just feels like I’m getting no communication from the club. No way any supporter going back into the stadium, so at least I thought they could start opening channels up such as what would fans like. Ie payment carried onto next season or refunds etc
it’s like everybody is waiting for somebody to make a decision :-)
I know things are up in the air, but if it does get cancelled, surely the club can't hold you to ransom regards your refundable monies?
If this season ends, they will hopefully give us the option to either get a refund or defer to next season.
I would be surprised (and very angry) if requesting a refund means next years ST will be in jeopardy.
When talking to her about it it she seem to imply credit rather than refunds, obviously mine would have to go towards 21/22 but I guess standard season ticket holders would be able to put towards the upcoming one?
They can't not offer a cash value refund(this is basically the same thing is if you had a flight booked)....
