Season ticket payments - refunds/credits due by June 19th

Can the ticket touts get their money back? They must be hurting by now as they can't even use any of the Government Job retention schemes.

I suppose the choice of whether you take the money or a refund depends on the need for money now and whether your definitely going to renew andcattendcwhen it's possible.

I am happy to take the credit knowing it will make the next bill much smaller but everyone is different.

If anyone was daft enough to buy a Norwich at home ticket (ten days ago) mate, they probably need locking up. I’m not a fan of kicking peole of cup schemes but most fans would have showed patients. You would have somebody to moan about if you supported Barca, mate.

Sorry all ive read the email 3 times and I still can't work it out.
I have paid for my season ticket up front and I would like the remaining games to be deducted from 2020-21 season and do it that way.
Do I therefore have to ring City and tell them that's what I want to do?

It is wrote awkward - I would like the money of 20/21 so going to ring up.
