I've just received a postcard from City with the renewal details on. I can renew from Monday at 10.00 am until 5pm on Saturday 14th May but if you pay by direct debit it will be auto-renewed on or just after Monday 16th May.

I think it all starts from next Monday mate - the 25th.
Well at least that what it said on the email from the club I received.

If you are keeping things the same then no need to do anything.
if you are adding or dropping the cup schemes or the Platinum level then you need to act.

+1 not clear in the information so far how that will work? I'm assuming thousands will be asked to log on to the ticket site all at once and have to choose seats on the planner.
