Season Tickets 2018-19 - 3% average increase reported

Just had my email.

Block 105 - 2017/18 = £820 - 2018/19 = £845.

An increase of £25, 3%.

I will renew, obviously, but at some point soon I will have to start thinking about a cheaper part of the stadium.

My preference is dirt cheap standing behind the goal in an expanded North stand.

£10 rise. I'm ruined.

Seriously though it's a pointless rise. £10 x 40,000 or whatever it is works out at about 2 week's wages for one top player.

No, you have to renew first then take your chance on relocation.

Yeah. He wants a £299 season ticket but has to pay over £700 and keep his fingers crossed he can get one then they will refund the difference. He probably wont renew now because he cant take the chance he won't get one.

Can he not sign up to direct debit then cancel if he can't relocate ?

And how much did the pack they sent out with last year's tickets cost? Bet that cost more than the increase they got from those rises. Simple solution - send out the ticket in a plain envelope without all the shite and keep the price the same.
