Season Tickets - 2023/24

Or British Gas or Eon,may as well drag every **** in it
Of course it boils down to FFP

Wages in the private sector are up over 6% YOY

Food costs are up over 15% YOY

the club are being scrutinised over third party sponsorship so unfortunately the fans have to bear the brunt of this cost increase

without FFP we wouldn’t have seen any increase this or any year since it’s inception

*a bit tongue in cheek*

I’ll pay the extra whatever it might be IF the club promise me they will not sign either Kane or Bellingham. That sounds fair enough to me.

I am lucky enough to be able to afford the increase but only because I spend nothing else on the matches apart from the price of the ticket. I have a concession pass for the tram….that costs me £10 per yr only. I rarely buy food or drink in the ground. Plus I’ve never smoked and rarely have an alcoholic drink. So I can afford the increase.m

However I do think that folk have a legitimate right to complain as this is a forum and debate is the reason for it surely.

I’m sorry if that sounds a bit I’m all right Jack I don’t mean it to. There were quite a few years when I was raising my kids when I couldn’t afford a match never mind a season card so I am making up for those days. :-)

This time of year will always split opinions, but there is part of me thinks it's a bit of a heavy increase, then I think of the football, then I think of how much our owner has got, then I think how much he's invested, then I think of what the club makes these days financially.........................but plain and simply put, either go or don't I suppose

The club have fucked the fans royally today, not once but twice. While I don’t think we should allow ourselves to be walked over, it’s probably not the best time to bring negative energy into the ground. I’m not sure Pep would appreciate it when right now we’re all pulling in the same direction, hopefully towards a historic treble. Like I say we need to make our feelings heard but I’m not sure of the best way to get our message across right now without being disruptive to the team.

With the disregard the club has shown to fan groups lobbying for a true home end in the new NS, and ignoring City Matters representations on SC pricing.

Is there anyone the club actually listens to?
