Season Tickets - 2023/24

Hope people sort their shit out with any issues best they can today,last thing we need is an Arsenal last week scenario happening,especially being a daft o clock kick off as it is

would appreciate help/advice if anybody can. I downloaded my season ticket to my iPhone a couple of weeks ago and it was in there showing the barcodes game. I checked it today and it's gone so I went to my ticketing account to download it again. when I try I just get a screen that says forbidden that there has been a maximum number of 2 passes issued and I must remove one from my device first. there isn't one there to remove, does anybody have any ideas.
I’ve had that apparently technical issue
Phoned the club was on for 20 minutes waiting sorted in 30 secs they sent a link and it’s in my wallet
 
Thanks for the advice everybody. Phoned the club on 0161 444 1894 spoke to a very helpful guy after behind on hold for 26 minutes. He sent me a new link and I now have my ticket back in my apple wallet. I wish we could go back to cards, never had anything like as many problems with them.
 
weve got a season ticket that we passed onto another account - they’ve received a digital ticket, but there’s no qr code - should there be? It just says ‘hold near reader’

It’s on a I phone in their wallet. If you click the three dots and go to details you can see a qr code

Is something wrong with my access to purchase tickets on the website?
Every home match reads "Sold Out" up to Feb 24 where from there until the end of season it says "First Release Sold Out".
Is that right?
 
Was in my new Value Gold seat tonight in block 318. Thought the atmosphere was great - looking forward to rest of the season
 
After it was looking like Android devices would just show your SC without any fixture information (last night's game wasn't showing) I've just checked and the Fulham game is showing. Makes no difference but it might calm the nerves of some posters :)

Its the lack of information from the club that causes the issues .
 
I have been having problems with my Season Ticket since last January, the ticket goes into my wallet on iPhone 14 then disappears within 24 hours, i have been to the club 4/5 times, had many telephone conversations with them, sent emails etc but I’m not any further on, I was promised the Digital Team would contact me 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting, I have been asked to open ‘ View Expired Passes ‘ in my Apple Wallet, however I don’t have that prompt on my screen when I open up the Wallet, I have seen this facility on other people’s screens but not on mine, I ended up with another long wait on the phone yesterday morning as my ticket disappeared again after I downloaded it from the link City gave me, when I tried to download again I got the forbidden notice and told me to remove one of the tickets which I can’t do because I don’t have the facility ‘ View Expired Passes ‘, they provided me with a mobile ticket to get me in last night but it’s far from ideal having to keep ringing them and having to wait 1/2 hour etc to speak to someone, I’m not opposed to technology when it works but this is now getting ridiculous.
If anyone has any ideas what to do next I would appreciate it.
