Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Thanks pal. Working through all the messages I've received but should be able to get back to you tomorrow. I've had around 45 people get in touch already, which is telling - particularly given that I don't have an especially large reach across the fanbase.
Thank you Alex. You’re doing a great job fighting for the fans on all fronts.

You and a few others really shouldn’t be having to do this all on your own though.

KP’s (supposed supporters club representative) and AW’s (supposed season ticket representative) silence is defeaning.

Their inaction on this and many other issues is a disgrace and they should both be asked to resign.

That season card rep is definitely taken sweeteners off the club

It is easy to mix up incompetence with corruption. The fact she didn't complain about price rises last season as she thought her own price was okay shows she was never fit for the role.

The fact that some city matter's reps are going out of their way to do the SLO's job, also shows the person doing the SLO gig is also coasting.

Yeah I’m the same people will be able to be scanned in but can’t see steward letting you scan 3 tickets and only one person going in
Yeah to register entry the turnstile would have to go round a circuit after its scanned I presume.
Most gate entrance systems would record it as timed out or similar if nobody actually passes through the gate/gap or a turnstile does not rotate i think.
So fine to let someone else through, i'm sure most of us have done that for non members we've brought along occasionally, but not if you'd not got any taker for the ticket of someone who couldn't make it, but wanted to mark them as 'in' - unless you can push the turnstile round, which might attract the attention of a steward either side to ask what you're up to

Yes this exactly and the stewards will be told to look out for it from next year

Being in these promo videos and whatever else she’s up there with the OSC not wanting to rock the boat to much with the club because they know what side of their bread is butted on.

Is there going to be a relocation window before renewal?

Will flexi golds get the option to relocate if they wish?

I applaud the City Matters Reps making themselves available on Tuesday.

What you’ve said about other reps might be true. They might also be privy to more information about how few games many season card holders are attending and the wide range of exemptions for anyone ill, pregnant, facing job and financial problems etc.

I was told by one City Matters Rep how wide of the mark I was, when estimating how many games season card holders weren’t going too (based on a combination of the 14 out of 19 club figures and us facing lower profile midweek games, last month). A month is a short time in football attendance figures.

I was a very willing participant in the first protest. I was slightly dismayed to read on here days later demands from protestors, who “couldn’t make the game”, demanding the protests go faster and further.

I will probably participate in the next protests due to how expensive match day tickets are.

I don’t favour the 10 game rule being introduced at this time when we will need another 8k fans in the ground.

I am also against the 10 game rule even though it would not affect me as I go to almost every game. There is no justification for it. We all want every seat to be taken at every game. If they are to introduce new rules they should insist that every time a season card holder cannot attend a game the ticket should either be transferred to another supporter or put on the ticket exchange within 24 hours of the kick off. There will be occasions when someone cannot attend on the day due to illness etc. Consequently the rule should allow for this and maybe 18 games out of the 19 is acceptable. There are many reasons why someone cannot make a game, kids for night matches is one, there are no justifiable reasons for not transferring tickets if you know you cannot make a game.

I would also allow season cards to be shared amongst family members as happens informally now.

10 game rule ? Is that if you miss 10 games you lose your ticket?

I've clearly misunderstood something here.
If you cannot attend, don't transfer to one of yur friends/family, but transfer your seat back on the ticket exchange, does that count as a strike against you and your 10 game/16 game totals? I was under the impression that those who could not attend but put the seat on the exchange counted as if they were there?

The club should have more scope than usual to come up with something this year with having the new level to fill.
E.g cheaper match day tickets and/or more season tickets available.
I'd also like them to consider match day family packages so non regular fans cab take their kids e g. For a birthday. Might get money back in the shop anyway with that.Would mean a lot to a kid that even if the number sold for each match was capped.

Hi jockblue
What I mean is if you transfer your ticket to a family member, friend, registered supporter or put it on ticket exchange it counts as an attendance. The objective is to fill the seat. A penalty would only happen if you can't be arsed to do it. You would not need the 10 game rule if you did it this way as everybody would transfer the ticket or be penalised for not doing so.

It would count towards your 16 game criteria for utilisation of the season ticket, but next season there's also a mandatory 10 game personal attendance criteria. That's what people are more up in arms over.

If they're increasing this 14 game to 16 criteria then I believe you should be able to list it on the exchange on the day of the game itself. People get ill, stuck in traffic, kids/elders to care for etc.
