Good luck, I done this last week and it took days for the email. Once the email arrived when my mate clicked download ticket it said it was blocked. Rang City Saturday who said they will resend. Email never came, on hold over an hour and couldn't get back through and my mate couldn't attend the game.

Isn’t there a limit on how many times you can download the season ticket though? It could be an issue if you get a new mobile phone mid-season and your ST has already been downloaded twice (I think I’ve read 2 is the limit).

2 is the "official" limit but there's been plenty of Blues on here who have simply contacted the club via email or phone and got them to reset the account limit.

It's possibly to stop the scalpers selling links to make a profit on a season ticket. Too many requests will see them being looked at closer.

Yes I had to get mine reset a few seasons back because we had exceeded the limit and just went to the portakabin on matchday to fix it. We finally realised ticket transfer was a much better idea but of course that’s to the same Cityzen member on a regular basis.

And another issue worth knowing is that strongly linked F&F members can download your ST without your knowledge (as my daughter seems to have my ticket on her phone probably when she was messing about with her account!). Seems a bit odd to allow this to happen really.

I’ve downloaded his season ticket to my phone, when he gets home from work I’ve told him to download my season ticket to his phone, we very rarely miss home games, maybe 1 or 2 a season due to work or holidays, looks like this is the easiest way to make sure his/my ticket doesn’t go to waste and we can scan in a friend or family member

We’ve done the same.
 
Just been reading the ticket page Daz runs on Facebook. Seems the club are phoning folk up for advertising games off their seasoncard. Banning them or threatening too and monitoring their accounts. WTF is wrong with them.

Do you need a match day membership to get away tickets if you already have a season ticket ?? My lad seems to think you do but Iv never known this before this season ..

No. You just need the required loyalty points.
 
I’ve lost track of the rules now! Can a SC holder buy another ticket for the Derby (if one pops up on the exchange) and transfer to a matchday member on their F&F? Ticket site says only members can buy

I have two tickets on my photo. At Spurs I scanned in my mate and then tried my ticket. Said it had been used. I scanned both. (Stood aside for my mate to go through)
Wonder if facial recognition has started early. Took an hour to get in with the turnstyle/ support staff a waste of time
