They will receive an email with the ticket that they can download.
 
OK thanks for the help. Transferred the tickets today and got confirmation that the transfer works but no e mails have been received by the recipients. Is there a delay or do tickets not get sent until nearer the game ( West Ham in December) . Any thoughts anyone?

The times i have done it the email was instant.
 
Can an adult season ticket holder transfer a ticket to a child who has a paid for membership?

I rang them today about this, for the Leverkusen game, they said if the game is within a couple of weeks the email should be immediate, as West Ham is December I expect they will be emailed nearer the time

Thx, why do city not list them on the ticket page on your account?

Is there a list anywhere on the website. I used search box and just says to get confirmed after tv but doesn't show a list

Link to the list would be appreciated
 
Quick question.
My youngest isnt in the cup scheme but is going to buy a ticket for Brentford. Does it just get added to his season card pass as per c.league and fa cup tickets?

Only reason I ask is because I am not going but have his season card in my wallet but my eldest is taking him. Not sure how that works

Yes his pass will be updated so your eldest will need to download it to his phone so he can scan him in.

I found the information from emails from
“Fan Support - Manchester City” titled “Manage your December matches” and “Manage your October & November matches”.
 
Matchday and Junior Memberships are currently half price in City’s Black Friday sale. If you don’t already have a paid membership or season card, I would take advantage of the offer to safeguard you from a lot of City’s ticket transfer incompetence. The stewards will always let you in if you can demonstrate the proper audit trail and membership.

Good news for some I suppose but at the same time it’s a great big fuck off to everyone who’s paid full price
