This is a disgrace, I've done everything by the book. I've not had a ticket for 2 years but have managed to transfer my loyalty points across from the 11 years I did have one. I got myself put on the waiting list. I waited patiently until July 5th. What else do I have to do? The website wont let me buy and I am told by an automated message on the phones that "We are very busy so your call is going to be disconnected........"

I cant buy online, its not letting me, on the phone though waiting, they said there is a 2 hour queue and to ring back but i kept ringing and been waiting about 20mins, just keep trying, hope the battery doesnt go on my phone lol x
