Seasoncard - 2021/22 | Print at Home Tickets

There's a queue!
Ok so this is what happens: Got through the queue quickly. Then logged into the website from the link, went to account, selected "Tickets ", ticked the only option, the Norwich one, "Print ticket" on the top right of it, ticked the box again and a box appeared, when selected wondered where it was printed, but this just generates a new email with a PDF attachment of the ticket. Printed off from there. Seems a bit convoluted.

Seems like a load of bollox!
 
I've signed in and nothing. Just says details and the three Norwich tickets with a box option. Requested print at home last week but nothing on my platform to help me select it?

Got the e-mail at 3.24pm.
Instructions as follows.

log in at tickets.mancity.com - select my account - select tickets - select Norwich City in the list and OK

when it shows 'ST P@H' and 'Confirmation e-mail' select OK - your 'P@H' ticket is e-mailed to your address to download and print.

Had to refresh the page a couple of times before it appeared, but I've now got it.

I was told by ticket office last week an email would come to me, not that I would have to action it myself to sendyself an email.

Ludicrous.
 
My email didn’t come to me,even though I am the main email it went to the wife’s hope that helps anyone

tick just one box then over to the right it will enable the print ticket tab. You can only do one at a time.

Not convoluted at all; it's progress. Apparently. The old system was too simple. We have to move with times. We were all getting complacent.
 
Nothing for me either ... just says " i - Details " at the right corner on top of tickets list (above where the column for purchased by is) - no print option anywhere in account, seen all menus, all tabs, everywhere :(

Yep, that's my view too.

I rang ticket office last week to request print at home for the season and they said he needed to speak to tech to action it.

I have no tab options to actually take possession of ticket in any format and was told emails would come direct to me this week.

Certainly no mention that I would have to generate the emails myself.

I've also lost five other match purchases for this season from my account.

And people wonder why others don't trust the technology...
 
Can I go from the phone app to print at home tickets...or am I stuck with this shit show for the season ?
Anyone know please ?
 
Here's a screenshot of part of the e-mail I got. The last bit that I missed says 'You can repeat this process for any others in your F + F who have requested a P@H option'.

Thanks for that, all seems very straight forward.

However, not had any email and don't have those options to select, despite making a print at home request.
