Don’t have that option on mine, I remember when I first logged on the other week it was there but now it’s disappeared!Does this help at all? Previously posted in a reply to Tolmie.

Which hardens my suspicion that the problems aren't in the FortressGB system itself but in us linking it to our SeatGeek ticketing system.United fan at work they have digital same as us and his has worked flawless transferring it to someone on his friends list.
