Has anyone actually had an email for print at home yet? Was hoping to print at work but off on Thurs and Fri should have know they would even fuck up sending an email

Does any have any idea how I download my wife’s season ticket, she is on my account but does not have her own log in I’ve tried the reset thing but does not work!!

I went to the ground and they sorted it out quickly and I had a spare email address they could attach her tkt to and gave me a temp password.
If you can't get down there - no point phoning but email them and give them another email address to use for her.
This was emailed to me after being offered a choice of print at home or pick-up at stadium on 07/08/2021. Check your old emails to see if you were offered the choice?Any idea how you request print at home.
Thank you for requesting Print @ Home ticket(s). You will receive an email no earlier than 7 days before the fixture. You must then download and print your ticket on a match-by-match basis.

I had to wait 2 hours today to finally be answered. The guy made some change and I received an email with my Norwich ticket to PAH.
He said whatever he has done will also work for the next match but after that I will need to select it again. Must be some real software issues going on. I used to be a Testing Manager for a Finance Company - dread to think what would have happened if our testing was as bad this before implementing software changes.

Fucking hell, no more emails to FIFA, please!I see that FIFA are also a Fortress client, I've emailed them in Geneva with the sorry tale of what City fans are having to endure right now with Fortress designed systems.
