Anybody know if they're still going to be strict on shared season tickets after that email they sent out in august last year about the amnesty on updating your personal details?
Can't find any Ts & Cs for season cards specifically

Help - If I'm deferring do I just select 'Not sure, keep my seat for the time being'?

I have done that a couple of time but cannot find any acknowledgement that my decision is registered!

No, "keep your seat" means just keep as is for now.
To defer you need to ring them up

Email just arrived. Telling me not to worry as I’m on DD scheme and will auto renew. Pity I’ve already done it and paid in full. Doh!!!!

But if your card date has expired in the mean time you will still have to apply manually

Apparently you have to ring up and let then know you want to defer

Renewed season ticket and Cup scheme in about 5 minutes would have been quicker but for my fat fingers, had to reinput my DD details but all good, bring it on....

Yes that's normally been the case but now with talk of deferring for a season etcetera, some getting e mails some not, it has thrown a bit of confusion into things. Why the club just can't send a clear e mail to all seasoncard holders, what is it, 46,000?, surely in this day and age that can't be too difficult to do.
