Seasoncard - 2021/22

Help - If I'm deferring do I just select 'Not sure, keep my seat for the time being'?

I have done that a couple of time but cannot find any acknowledgement that my decision is registered!
You have to ring them, don't worry you will likely only need to wait 4 hours to get through!

ONE SEASON DEFERMENT

Following consultation with City Matters, the Club will be offering an option for supporters to take a one season deferment on their Seasoncard for the 2021/22 season.

Supporters who are unable to attend for the 2021/22 season can defer their Seasoncard until the 2022/23 season.

If this is something you are interested in doing, please contact us on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (Option 6) to speak to a member of the team.

Requests to defer must be submitted to the Club no later than 8pm Wednesday 16th June.

Please note, should you choose to defer, your seat from the 2019/20 season cannot be guaranteed for the 2022/23 season.

Yes that's normally been the case but now with talk of deferring for a season etcetera, some getting e mails some not, it has thrown a bit of confusion into things. Why the club just can't send a clear e mail to all seasoncard holders, what is it, 46,000?, surely in this day and age that can't be too difficult to do.

Edited to add it's just come through now so all is forgiven. I don't have to do anything if I want to stick with what I've got, happy days

As you currently pay for your Seasoncard by Direct Debit, if you are happy with your reservation, we will automatically renew your Seasoncard and existing benefits for the 2021/22 season on or just after Thursday 17th June, following which you will receive a confirmation email.

Wait a couple of days until lines are not so busy.
No need to do it on day one.

I renewed this morning but haven't spotted any reference to E-ticketing, other than last weekends comments about it being introduced. I don't have a problem with E-tickets normally but experience in the past with City & technology doesn't fill me with much confidence. Are we being issued with E-tickets on a match by match basis or is a plastic seasoncard still an option ?
Or have I missed something ?

Anyone having to relocate because their seat doesnt exist anymore? Mine has gone because of the digital signage, i have tried to renew but it wont let me , presumably because my seat is not there. I have had no info on how to relocate (they promised an exclusive window for this) for general relocations they say renew your seat then relocate, but as i cant renew what the hell am i supposed to do . tried contacting supporter services but no response
I’m in same boat, seats removed to create better wheelchair access apparently although never been a problem for anyone in the disabled seats in front of us for the last 17 years. No email on renewing no email on when the so-called priority relocation window is, in fact, fuck all!!

Rang the club today as I thought I had some credits owing from 19/20, as it transpires they had all been credited. I bought 3 seasons on a single transaction for me and my 2 kids. For the 6 games missed rather than sending 1 credit they sent EIGHTEEN separate credits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally inefficient

Classic this deferment malarkey, so I was contemplating deferring my son seeing as he’s at Uni anyway, now completely fucking pointless as can’t guarantee he’s next to me next season.

Say hypothetically it’s one of us with a 90 year old father who doesn’t feel comfortable going back to the stadium yet, he then next year is opposite side of ground to me, lol.

You couldn’t make it up, we might be great on the pitch but our back office is fucking clueless.
