I get your point and it's not great for you (I hope you don't lose your preferred seats). But the club can't really win. There's a very limited number of seats available and if you're not attending for a whole season, I don't see why someone else shouldn't enjoy the games from one of the better seats.Really outrageous that the club is effectively blackmailing us into renewing this coming season. I’d decided to defer but it’s taken me years to get two seats with my son in a location I prefer ( CB Level 1) . Surely “defer” means just that not “you give up your seat and you may or may not get something separate or together in a corner on your own or in 93:20 at twice the price offered to you the following year”. asked this question this morning as i want a physical seasoncard they said it will be available to those that want oneI renewed this morning but haven't spotted any reference to E-ticketing, other than last weekends comments about it being introduced. I don't have a problem with E-tickets normally but experience in the past with City & technology doesn't fill me with much confidence. Are we being issued with E-tickets on a match by match basis or is a plastic seasoncard still an option ?

Me too, got the email two and a half hours after I renewed. It’s a good job we’re good at football because we are s..t at e-commerce!Haha. You can’t make it up, just had an email from City saying the window is now open and I’m on auto renewal, little too late as I’ve already wasted an hour.

I feel your pain. Part of me was thinking this morning “it’s too soon to go back “ but I have renewed. If I’m not comfortable sitting in a stadium with 54000 other people when the season starts I dont know what I’m going to do but IMO taking a financial hit is better than getting ill.Just got my email.
