Seasoncard - 2021/22

My issue with e-tickets going forward is connectivity.
We know plenty of people had issues against Everton with 10000 people so I fear chaos with 55000 especially given the woeful 3/4g signal in the vicinity of the ground on Match days
Exactly, and not to mention people in the queues whose phones have died as they’ve been on it all morning in the boozer. You only need a handful of delays per turnstile for it turn into chaos. I don’t get why it needs to be e-ticket when the smart cards have worked so well

I spent a good while on the site trying to renew and change my direct debit bank details. I am not sure whether I have bought my same seat twice over on two different cards, managed to join all cup schemes or cancelled the lot. I am not sure why I always seam to find this so complicated. I did notice that money had been taken off the ticket price from the old season card that I opted to keep in credit. After faffing around I then had the club email. To save my nerves I might ring them in a couple of days to see what I have actually done.

I am trying to renew for me and my lad on direct debit says that my sort code is invalid even though I have got it in front of me on my card. Why is nothing easy with the City website

The e-tickets are read using NFC which doesn't require a 4g/5g/wifi connection. The main issue I had at the Everton match was the slow response time at the turnstile which I mentioned in the survey they sent out.

Quick question, sure it’s probably been asked already, but why is there a gap of a week between the end of the renewal period, 16th June, and the relocation window opening on the 23rd?
