Seasoncard - 2021/22

Did u get threw. I was on for over 5 hrs yesterday and so far today I’m over 2 and a half hours and still no joy. If I hear a voice I actually don’t know what I’ll do. I’ll prob lose the head and tell them to shove it. Hopefully I won’t
Gave up after about an hour n' 15 pal. Couldn't be arsed waiting any longer. I might pick my games next season i might not. It's a lot less hassle watching games on the telly.
 
Am I missing something?

the email i got from the club said my season ticket would be renewed automatically and I dont need to do anything.
 
If I’m paying by DD like last year says I don’t need to do anything to renew so does the money they owe come straight out of that or do u have to do something?
 
Tried to do it online. Got through whole process including the reduction for last year's credit but won't accept the DD form saying sort code is wrong, which it isn't. Now been in the queue for 35 minutes (and they aren't saying where I am in the queue) but reading the above, I'm not hanging on any longer. If it doesn't renew, fuck it.

It will be automatically unless you have credit from the abandoned season. If you do, you have to go through the renewal process. And God help you then.

Did you click the little "look-up" box near the sort code?
 
Your lucky but if you're unfortunate enough to need to speak to a member of the ticketing staff the customer service is appalling ! 5 hours it took me on Monday endless phone queues on a system that cuts you off when it feels like it due to no fault of my own as there was problem with my credits not showing up ! Covid will have caused issues bit a simple broadcast on the website and on the phone system explaining the circumstances may of helped and the fact the whole system isnt fit for purpose when it experiences hight volumes of usage .

Yeah. It sounds as if it needs a huge upgrade. Demand at City has never been higher & our success has increased it accordingly. More staff needed & definitely the website could be better in this day & age
