Seasoncard - 2021/22

I filled this in last night as soon as it was posted by Supporter Services on Twitter.

No call back of course, has anyone else had Supporter Services ring them ?
I've filled the form in but not had a call from Supporter Services. If they call I'm tempted to answer it and say in my best Stephen Hawkins voice every 30 seconds "Sorry to keep you waiting, your call is important to us, we'll be with you in an hour or four". Lets see how they like it!

Bloody hell... give them a chance. It only went on the website yesterday afternoon. I reckon they'll call on Monday when everyone is back in work.

Why they need to ring people up, I really don't know. Surely completion/submission of the request is sufficient? Or are they going to try to talk people out of deferring?

Since the auto renews started you have had to ring up to cancel too. I cancelled one about 5 years ago, they don't try and talk you out of it or ask for feedback, just a bit of a passive aggressive "right, that's done". There was no sense in requiring anyone to ring up.

It's just not the same club anymore mate. They don't seem to really care about fans. All this being closer to the fans etc is nothing but lip-service.
For such a wealthy business, they really don't appear to have a clue how to work with the fan base.
