Thanks will probably try that but it’s not really an IT issue, we've successfully downloaded all our cards to phone wallets and even transferred one to a friend. The problem is I can’t find a way to pay, now they threatening to cancel them all!
I had a similar issue, don’t know how/why it wasn’t paid but I paid the first missing instalment over the phone by credit card to make account up to date which then gave them time to put right the DD for the second payment This has thankfully correctly been processed on Tuesday this week. I’m sure I got through reasonably quickly on the phone as there was a selectable option for DD queries. Hope you get sorted.

They're sorting out all types of Seasoncard issues so I'd say it's still relevant. You've got an issue with your Seasoncard that needs resolving so you can get in the ground and that's what they're there for
 
Seems it's not only City who have a system designed to make things as difficult as possible. A friend of mine yesterday took £750 in cash to Barclays Bank in Carlisle. The money was raised at a Golf Day & she wanted to pay it into a charity which operated by Barclays. She was told that due to Money Laundering Regs they no longer had the ability to take cash over the counter. In order to pay it into the account of the charity she would first need to pay the cash into her own Lloyds Bank account and then transfer the money online. She told them to stuff it and the money is now going to a different local charity which is more than happy to take it off her hands.

When I try to transfer the ticket it says “no relationship between clients”, I’ve checked and they’re in my family friends list?
Just spoken to the supporter services, apparenrly “something wasn’t set right but I’ve rectified that now” and it worked. I asked what wasn’t set right, he said “just a setting, it happens on a few accounts, you’ve done everything right”. No idea what that setting is, but we’re all set now
 
can they not transfer it on to someone else on there list?
i dont know as i havent even been able to get mine sorted yet

If you transfer your mobile ticket to a friend or family member and they are then unable to attend, they can forward the mobile ticket from their email to the new attendee. Please note that the supporter attending must be of the same age band.
 
This is what we don’t know. Does it work on both devices or does it work on the latest it was downloaded to device only. The club want the holder to transfer it via friends and family so that’s the only thing I would suggest.
And my fear, is that someone logs in my account for the next game to use my ticket, then I cant get it back for the following game. Someone suggested the next ticket automatically uploads?
 
You can transfer the next two games free of upgrade charge. Think there will be more on this after these games. Probably the new system cannot cope with upgrades.
They surely cant block upgrades all season. The fact they're letting people use kids tickets without an upgrade for the first 2 games suggests they dont have sytem in place.
