I've been a SC holder for some years now, travelling with a group of supporters not all season card holder, so it's different faces each game, doing 570 miles round trip each home game. Why do we do it?
We all support "Our Club", for the banter and chat to and from, because we enjoy the friendships that have been developed over the years, not only those that travel, but the chat we all have with those who we sit around with in the ground (none of us who travel sit together), the people in the pubs, the man in the chippy, it all adds to our day/night out! Getting home at 3-30am in the morning, getting up at 7am to do a days work! Being a city fan means so, so much more than just a game. Long may it last.! I'll be there when we can all get back.
As for those who choose not to renew I fully respect your decision, to those who replace you.... Welcome and I hope you have as much pleasure as I do supporting City!!
