Seasoncard Renewals | Slight Price Increase

I wonder what the crack is with the Metrolink Seasoncard giving that at some point in the future you won`t be able to get it to the ground. Will it be cheaper, or is that a daft question?

Guarantee most of those moaning about a miniscule price increase are on over 50 grand a year salaries, get a fucking grip you entitled cunts.

We have the best coach in the world and have consistently been one of the best teams on the planet the last 10 years. It's a business and like everything else, prices are increasing. A lot of people got to go to Porto practically for free last year on behalf of the club (not me might I add). Being a tight **** gets you nowhere in life.

Either put up and renew or stand out the way and let someone take your place. I disagree with some of the pricing for individual games and certain types the club attract at European games for example, but we still have a solid core of working class fans who just pay their money and turn up at all costs. It's people like that who keep clubs going, not those who penny pinch over about a quid a game.
£10.19 per hour me,nhs, that rate was after the biggest year rise i have had for more than 10 years

watch who you call a ****,you ****.

alright jack. You sound like you can afford any price increase. Calling people who are being priced out or struggling to afford to go Entitled cunts sums you up.

the working class fans are the people being priced out.

I think most people can see who the real **** is

My ST in SSL1 was £655 last season. It’s £675 this season. £20 increase or just over £1 a match. Club will argue it’s a very minimal increase per match, which is true, but it’s yet another increase on top of the previous 11 Increases. I’m sure drink and food prices will also go up next season on the QT.

And what about everything else that has gone up, gas, electric, food, etc...

Wages aren't going up in line with inflation, so comments from some about moaning it's just £20, here and there, must still live at home and have their fish fingers cut up by mummy.

Is that an increase or not?

(That's an horrible thread title BTW :) )

Edit: just seen the other thread.

Don’t buy anything else just go to the games, that is what I do.

It's an unpopular opinion but I won't apologise for it other than perhaps generalising about people's earnings.

If you have a stable job and own your own home, I don't think you're in a place to complain about a 20 odd quid increase on a season ticket. I think we've all been in the position where we have to prioritise outgoings and stop other hobbies and unnecessary spending, that's just the way of the world. City still offer incredible value compared to other top clubs.
