His hands were tied to a great extent and a lot of what goes on is never made public of course. If you recall there were lots of problems with Taskin as to whether he had legit funds. When he did go public in saying he would let the owner know of the fans concerns over certain aspects instead of just batting the fans concerns in to the long grass the tide turned for him. Garry Cook was bought in and his position became untenable
 
Apologies if it's already been posted but can anyone confirm when the relocation window closes (closed?). I ask because, having switched to the £299 value option for the forthcoming season, I received an email advising that the location of my new seat would be confirmed once the relocation window had closed. To date, I've heard nothing. Only then can I sign up to to the cup schemes. I can only find reference to the date the window opened on the official site.

I think it closed sometime last week (9th?). I don't have the option to relocate any more so I guess it must have closed anyway.

Have you had a look at your account online?
My brother has moved to a value gold and only found out where his seat was when he checked his account, no email or anything from the club

Much appreciated Mike. Just checked my account and, surprise, surprise, all the seat details are there! Not a dicky bird from the club in spite of assurances that I'd receive email confirmation. Wonder how many others are in the same boat.
 
That window to buy season tickets was a joke. Queued for an hour and as soon as it redirected me to website all sold out. Well done to anybody who did manage to get one, christ knows what you had to do.

Is that likely to be that for season tickets now or could I possibly get lucky by phoning up and asking nicely i
