They took my card off me and then let me in manually... I was assuming that they would now send me a new card, think I will double check with a phone call. Does anyone know how this shambles happened in the first place and how many are affected?
The email I received today said a few had problems with seasoncards so they will issue me with a paper ticket for Watford, I replied saying I didn't have any issues with my card ,because I haven't even received it yet.
Same with my daughters. Never even received it in the first placeExactly the same for me with my son's ticket. Says the paper one will be here by Thursday! I can feel another visit to the ticket office on Sunday coming on!!
See previous quotes/repliesLooks like our SCs are getting reprinted. I've just received an email about paper tickets for Watford, and followed by a reprinted SC for the rest of the season. Anyone else?

Being on holiday and no cards delivered by Thursday I arranged for paper tickets and collected them on Saturday. Whilst I was out collecting them the cards arrived at home... So on Sunday we arrived at the ground armed with paper tickets and card (just in case). Good job as well as the paper tickets didn't work. Apparently they had issues with hundreds of tickets being misprinted.
One of the "helpers" let us in with their card after verifying our cards.
I read that he was grateful there mate tbhWhat do you mean by your snidey little "helpers" remark, the PDA operators do a great job dealing with pissed up impatient bell ends every home game
Not me, those guys performed heroically v Chelsea and the way they were being spoken to by some of our fans was nothing short of a disgrace, and no, my card didn't work eitherI read that he was grateful there mate tbh
