Season's Over For Me

How long have you been a City fan? At a guess I would say approx 3 years.

Your histrionics derived from a draw away to Birmingham which means we are still 3rd in the league suggest you would have had committed suicide as a result of a lot of our games before 2008.

Kiss me ass mate, 35 years, and its precisely that 35 years that makes me feel so fucking miserable. Today's result alone wasn't particularly a bad one, agreed, but that isn't what I said was it? Because I am a City fan and always have been is exactly why I find it hard to not see the last 6 games as the start of an increasingly wobbly wheel. I don't want to be right, I want to be very wrong, but I just have a feeling that I cant shake and experience tells me that when we start to go through patches like this, we start to break records for the wrong reasons. You know that as well as I do, you're just much better at ignoring it, which is fair enough.

Yep, I've just sold the house and am moving to Australia tomorrow simply because we couldn't beat Birmingham...
A few are bottling it.

Could have done with AJ coming off the bench tonight, or an average midfielder for De Jong. For the first time strength in depth caught us out. Vieira is Ok for the Cup games against poor opposition. Not a tough Premiership away game

Disappointing as that was, it doesnt come close to going one up against the fuckers in the 87th minute, and then conceding 2 in injury time to lose the fucking game.

We'll bounce back against West Brom...or I hope so or judging by this post suicide rates are going to go through the roof in Manchester ;)

Seasons over for me, we have been getting steadily worse for a while now. Arsenal was shite and it's been down hill since. At this rate I don't think 4th is possible. No gusto in their performances and the defence is a zonal shambles. Starting to seriously lose faith. Spuds and dippers will be rubbing their hands together, and rightly so.

Looking at us now, last few minutes and no urgency at all, not interested, any of them. Think the Tevez shite might not have helped either.

All that money, you'll win fuck all they chant, yep, that's about it in a nut shell.

It was nice while it lasted though.

Oh good. Does this mean we won't see you on Bluemoon for a while?

Here's hoping.

Forums are places to air your opinions mate. I won't agree with all yours and vice versa. There is no reason to be like that though is there? We are all still blues, regardless of how much we disagree on things. Read my responses and then ask yourself if we are really as unalike as you think we are at the moment. Life is all about opinions and as someone said, if we win the next game life will probably be rosy again, but at the moment the last few games are a deep worry for me and most other City fans that are honest with themselves.

Well please allow me to be the bearer if this great news. You're wrong, utterly, emphatically and resoundingly wrong.

was absolutely gutted and depressed after the result tonight. Reading the threads on here, I'm now suicidal.

It could have been worse.

OK, fair enough mate. I just think saying that the season is over is going a tad OTT ;-)

The game i watched tonight was nowhere near as bad as some people are making out at 2.1 we looked really threatening on the counter and lets have it fuckin right we had a stonewall pen turned down which would prob have killed the game.
Mancini had to do a lot of chopping and changing and in all fairness thats the way its been all season its never settled,ok viera and jo should not be getting a sniff of a game in the prem as the games by pass them as their to slow.
A 2.2 draw is not a bad result at birmingham it looks bad as all the other results have gone against us which normally happens to us.
Please dont give up on the season as the team is gonna need us now,we are still fighting on three fronts which only 3 seasons ago would have been solely a relegation fight.
