Sold out on 12k points last year, so that's a 7,000 point difference, something really isn't right

Was flapping. There were posters saying there was thousands of unsold seats, which was bollocks. It’s not flapping.
It’s a thread about counting seats, unsold seats, sold seats, ticket sales, ticket sales criteria, and ticket prices. :-)

There was a fair few showing for Luton earlier this afternoon, just had a look and sold out.At the time 1000’s of seats unsold with a week to go until the match. In the end there was only a couple of hundred empty seats left, give or take. City only had to sell 45,000 seats as Newcastle had a 7000+ seats. Anyway, it all ended well off and on the pitch. :-)
ATM.
Palace away is sold out.
Arsenal at home is showing no availability.
Villa home at home is no availability.
Luton at home is showing no availability.
Real Madrid at home will sell out.
The FA Cup Semi-Final will sell out.
Etc.
The seat counters can take the next month off. Everyone is happy. :-)
When are the season ticket prices released by the club?
I think they were taken off sale, I put one on the exchange, it didn't sell but isn't showing now. There was a fair few showing for Luton earlier this afternoon, just had a look and sold out.
I think the majority of the flapping was because in a couple of years we’ve got another 8,000 seats to add to this, with no sign of City getting even remotely more sensible with regards to tickets, God knows what’s going to happen. At the time 1000’s of seats remained unsold with a week to go until the match. Probably sell out most games, hopefully not though a bit of spare capacity is good for everyone. I would say though this thread was a fun thread about counting down to selling out. Lots of other threads discussed the pricing issues.I think the majority of the flapping was because in a couple of years we’ve got another 8,000 seats to add to this, with no sign of City getting even remotely more sensible with regards to tickets, God knows what’s going to happen.
