Seat Counters - 2023/24

Only 592 of the disenfranchised could have actually got in tonight.
The clubs reply to you would be "what need sorting out".
They are running at 98% of capacity it maybe a problem for you but it's not a problem to them.
We are all customers to them and they are a buisness and need to maximise all potential income.
Welcome to the real world where we all have to make choices, how we spend our income.
They are not going to lower prices to appease us
And in their defence, why should they. To stay at the top requires money and even more so in the current situation regarding ffp.
Stay successful and their will always be an audience for them, whether it be us old lot or the new group of supporters that they are attracting and in the eyes of the club, that's who they want in the ground.
Harsh but true
There were an awful lot more than 592 empty seats last night and when all the free school trips that they clearly gave out as they couldn’t sell the tickets started leaving early in the second half it was well into the thousands. If you don’t disenfranchise supporters you could open up a ticket exchange and not give free tickets away to kids who openly don’t support City.

They were nowhere near 98% capacity last night and neither were they for the recent games against Burnley and Brentford, and when there’s another 8,000 seats to fill we’ll be miles off.

Spot on. I do worry that the increased capacity may coincide with Pep leaving and the inevitable drop off which could have a detrimental effect on attendances.

You know what chant we’re going to hear on Saturday from the Newcastle fans don’t you?

Under 18, £30 for a FA Cup QF, which is live on the TV on Saturday night. Brilliant City!

Didn’t bother doing a seat count.

It is difficult to give a shit to be honest. It is almost sold out and we only get a minority of the gate

We played Arsenal on a Friday night televised game in FA cup last season and had nearly 52k there. I expect it will be similar
