Seat Counters - 2024/25

The worst kick off time ever was that 11.30 v Everton on a Sunday when we got pushed back to be on TV. Could not even go to mass! It was fcking freezing and like an ice park around the Etihad. I was more happy getting home from that in one piece than a lot in the 70s.
At the time and maybe still that game had the biggest ever worldwide tv audience for a domestic game.

It was played at that early time for the Chinese market as we had SJH and them some other Chinese player.

It kicked off earlier than that - 11.15am. But it still wasn’t the earliest kick-off time in Premier League history. That was the Manchester derby at Maine Road in March 1993 which kicked off at 11am. I recall me and some mates drinking tinnies in one of the side streets near the ground at around 9.30 in the morning and using the bin next to a hot dog stand as a handy place to stick our cans on top!

"Post (Away Tickets)Tickets will be posted to the lead purchaser via Royal Mail Tracked 48 post, approximately 2 to 3 days prior to the fixture."

So they may to you by the morning of the game, and if you want to stay over after brentford you can swivel.
Terrible system that, like you say people could be away, want to go early or quite likely, work away!

Exactly !!! The idea that City are holding back this second batch of tickets until 3 weeks before is yet more bullshit to disguise what they are up to.

The ‘second batch’ have been in the hands of agents for months and any they can’t flog for hugely inflated prices get slung back to City to try and sell to proper supporters.

The whole set up stinks and shame on everybody at City involved in this seedy operation.
Not sure it's necessarily agents either.

The Club may earmark so many with the intention of selling as corporate packages offsite

The more packages they sell the more they will provide!

Once it gets to 3 weeks before the game they probably know they won't shift all they've held back so release them.

Don't we discuss or update seat counting anymore. ?
Am sure there is a thread for allocated seats and why hospitality sites get there tickets. CTID
