Seat Counters - 2024/25

They’re all ticket exchange seats though. So the only way to stop it is to ban people listing their season tickets on the exchange individually, might as well scrap it if that’s the case.
True.
Wonder if it’s people who sit on their own who list it or wether it’s 2/3 people and one of them can’t go?
Would be easier to pass to a friend/family is so - i havent got an answer but it must be frustrating if 2 people would like to go to the match together

The seat exchange tickets aren’t always single seats but if someone lists 2+ together they get snapped up. It’s impossible in any stadium not to have this.

I know my friend.
I was just pointing out the amount of single seats all around the stadium and that not many people want to go to football matches on their own, this is why the seats are not being purchased.

All this availabilty and not 2 seats together

Edit : 2 had just come available in 231 in the last hour but you get my drift ;-)

Unless you’re taking a child, I’m sure most people could cope with being apart for 90 minutes of the day. 45 minutes if you buy two singles in the same area of the ground and you can meet up at half time for a catch up.

They’re going all out to encourage people to use the ticket exchange at the moment. So no way are they going to put restrictions on it.

why was the attendance for Fulham 55,017 ...surely that's wrong?
Wikipedia 2024-25 Manchester City F.C. season apparently has the correct attendances (with some delay). The Fulham game was 52,719.

Quote from the site: "Note: Home attendance figures have been sourced from Manchester City FC programmes and have been validated by the MCFC Communications Department. Errorneous figures of '55,017' as released by the Premier League are estimated crowds based upon an outdated capacity."

How are we going to fill the North Stand extension, we had empty seats again yest?

Maybe give more tickets to the away fans?

Rduced prices and a decent singing section seem to be far away from the owners thoughts.
The game was sold out well in advance apart from seat exchange tickets. No idea why there was a small patch of empties at the front of the north stand for the first half. A late coach maybe?

This has the attendance for Watford in the Carabao Cup as just over 40,000. Anyone else think that's unexpectedly low? There did not seem to be 13k empty seats on the night. In contrast, the lowest attendance of last season, according to Wikipedia, was 50,000 vs Red Star Belgrade. I also noticed it lists 47k vs Liverpool in the Carabao Cup as the lowest attendance of the Treble season, which also seems very low as I believe it was sold out.

It sold out in July on the day they went on sale! Like all the home games. The patches of empties I seen were before half time and after half time(which coincidentally was what motd showed as the highlights as thats when a couple of big chances fell) yet during the game there was no empty patches that i could see. Look at Haalands goal versus Kovavic shot before half time, for the goal it was full but for the chance it had patches. I dont believe in ghosts so assume people went in early for half time and were out late(and missed the foden chance up the other end just after half time).

There were 2 empties next to each other in block 233 next to my son. When I bought them back in July could only get the seat directly behind him so was quite pleased I could sit next to him in the end. There was a single next to my original seat as well

It's very strange as there were not many decent seats available on the site, had to go though a third party company at double the standard price.

Blues, are there any chances of Juventus away going down to Citizen members? Thinking of booking annual leave for this but not too sure

Anyone know how well the Spurs game is selling for tonight’s women’s game?

Strange game to have at the Etihad as it’s not like Spurs are anything to us.

Hope they get a good few thousand though.
