Drives around in a Lamborghini these days. Not that I’ve a problem with that. If my son was as good at football as he is, I’d be tapping him up on a daily basis.

Now there was a rumour doing the rounds last week that Sportsworld got 600 tickets for Liverpool away the other week. I stress that it's a rumour and I'll also stress that I happen to think that that figure is grossly exaggerated. However, I wouldn't be in the least bit surprised if there's some truth to it. Why? Well, firstly the away end was full of tourists and I doubt the original source of every single one of those tickets was from the allocation given to corporate. Secondly, Sportsworld are City's official travel partner for European away games and I can't see Sportsworld making too much profit flying a plane load of blues over to Turin at £350 a pop for our game there last night so you would have to think that there would be something more in it for them. So why not give them some Liverpool away tickets on the quiet which they can make a far bigger profit on per ticket than they do per flight for Juventus away?

If City do indeed play no part in it then they should have absolutely no issue with being totally transparent regarding away tickets and telling us the breakdown.

You make some good points. City is a multi-billion pound company that makes deals that bring in tens of millions. If they are farming tickets off to ticketing websites high really doubt it's for monetary gain.
I used to know a guy through a relative who had corporate at City. Don't think it was a particularly expensive deal but if he phoned up for away tickets he got them. We had tickets off him a couple of times but he was a bit of a cock about it, so we stopped asking. I'm not sure if it's part of the corporate deal with the club that you get away tickets or just an understanding but they all get them if they want.
I know that me having tickets that I'm not entitled to makes me part of the problem but I reckon most of us do it.

I think we've all gotten a ticket at some point or other that we're not entitled to simply because of who we know. Mates will always help out mates. I think the bigger issue is some of the extortionate prices these websites charge. There's a lot of profiteering going on in those instances but when it comes to mates they tend not to rip each other off

I'm not assuming anything, I'm asking about the 20% we definitely know about.
I'm aware, as anyone else is that buys away tickets on a regular basis that their is a bit of skulduggery going on with the loyalty points pot.(I use the term "a bit" loosely).
Proving it is another issue.

Just to be clear I wasn't trying to dig you out, just saying I think it's a lot more than 20%. Think we are actually agreeing with each other.

No general admission tickets available - its long since sold out, the odd exchange seats will be appear until 3 hours before kick off. And potentially any off site hospitality they choose to list as a general admission ticket.

I counted the remaining tickets for sale block by block for the Everton game on the OS, and used a calculator on another iPad/internet page to add up the total of remaining Everton tickets for sale.

You replied to a post asking how many were left for the utd game by saying there was 651 tickets left, when clearly there wasn't 651 left for the utd game. You've now edited it to say 651 left for the everton game.

I've responded to you 3 times on 2 topics in the last 3 months that's hardly following your posts and If you want to ignore me for pointing out you were wrong on a thread that here to give accurare information on how many seats are left no problem.

In seat counting news there is 0 showing for utd.and appears to be 3 left for gaucho offside hospitality.
