The FA have power to take retrospective action over incidents the referee has not seen but only 're-referee' decisions they have wrong in very rare circumstances.

Like banning the oppositions best player before they play the rags.

We can't really have any complaints if he gets banned, there was clear intent, in the rules that's a ban. What does annoy me is the Sky lead trial by media, especially when Fellaini has got away with far worse.

If amongst rags at work this week and next, just act completely un-arsed about a potential Kun ban. It will mess with their heads. Taking the 'meh, if he plays he plays, if not we've got plenty of other options' approach leaves them stumped with what to say next.

In fact, a month-long break for Kun heading into the autumn could be the best thing for him long-term. He was only going to get hacked by cloggers like Bailly and Fellaini - this could work out best for us going forward.

Probably a precaution as he said recently he made the mistake last season playing for the argies when he was injured and made it worse and he wouldn't do it again or pep has put him on the naughty step
