I want him available for the CL but at the same time I don't want him to break down again because he was brought back to soon but I want him available for the CL but at the sam...
Hopefully he recovers fully and it's not a concern, but this could be a big call for Pep and Sergio.
I don't think he'll start vs. Madrid. I think it'll be Foden-Jesus-Sterling or Sterling-Jesus-Bernardo depending on if Bernardo shows his old form in training.
Remember we're defending effectively a 2 goal lead. Real have to come at us and score, and I expect we will have a strategy of keeping hold of the ball, not forcing any attacks, inviting the press in midfield and then hit them on the break from ~30 yards out if/when they overcommit.
Jesus' work off the ball and in midfield will be better suited - just like the first leg.
And if it's going very well, or badly, bring Aguero off the bench so he's a bit sharper for Juventus.
Seems unlikely he'll be fit/sharp enough to start before the semi-finals, 11 days after Madrid.
