Sergio Aguero announces his retirement | A thread to pay tribute

It was not just us winning the PL,it was also us denying the rags and the absolute humiliation we would have faced if we lost with a supposed "easy" game against QPR. I watched that goal,the fans on the pitch, the emotion,and repeatedly on the internet for weeks, and even do so now. It was the straw that broke the rags backs, and they have never recovered.Whilst Stoke possibly meant more to me personally, I would say Kun's goal resolved many demons as a Blue of many years standing. It started the process of what we are now.

Feeling gutted watching his speech bought a tear. What great memories. Was at his last game and was balling when he scored what a man. Cant wait for the statue!
 
Could we hire him as like a finishing trainer?

Similar to how we have coaching trainers.
 
His heart is in Argentina where it's always been. So before he goes home for good I hope MCFC will start making plans now to have him and as many as possible of the 2012 team back in Manchester for the tenth anniversary next May, either at the Newcastle game on the 7th or Villa at the end of the season.
 
Such a sad end to a fantastic career.
Certainly has made the correct decision though.
I believe we all have fantastic memories from the time he spent with us - I remember thinking on a number of occasions "he had no right to score there" but he did just that.
Of course the outstanding moment goes without saying.

the Tributes from non-city people shows how highly thought of he is. Always played with a smile, and humility.
Whilst we’ve had some legends past and present, this guy stands shoulder to shoulder with the King.
I can’t wait to see him get the send off he deserves, a quality man
