I've been of the opinion that Aguero's next club, after us, would be Real.

Not 'never', just not from us. There were rumours earlier that it was for 2 years. If Atletico are wanting such a clause, you can see where they're coming from. However, it could have legal issues with restriction of movement, so I doubt they could enforce it.
