Some bloke just tweeted that it's taking a while as Atletico want a clause in the contract saying that he can never be sold to Real Madrid. I've asked him where he heard this, will let you know what he says :)
 
When you can't think what it is look for a previous example.

Reason: City's policy that agent's fees are paid by the player or the selling club and not them.

This is old news, and was reported in the Spanish press a couple of days ago.

Read it again. It says "Aguero signs!". If you go to the picture, it's Aguero signing an autograph. Nothing about him signing a contract. The only person who's said he's a City player, is Aguero himself.
