Management only has to answer itself the question "do we want him to stay: yes or no" and take action. I think it's a no - and it's their legitimate right if not their responsibility towards the rest of the squad and the club's future to do so.

Now we have to handle an unpopular decision and keep face for the media. It's part of the business.
