Something dont feel right at the moment - whilst i dont expect much from city we have heard feck all from Athletico which is unusual these days

Is Aguero holding out for Real Madrid like Sanchez did for Barca

I dont know but there is very very little factual stuff out there mostly bollox posters and rumours

Perhaps no news is good news and maybe City are asking Athletico to be more discreet than the dealing with Sanchez ended up.
Fingers crossed over the weekend.

i agree but El Presidente of athletico fookin hate Real madrid with a passion - so just cant see him keeping his mouth shut - at very least they would announce that an offer has been accepted

Aguero has always said his first choice is Real - and Real aint bid for Tevez and seen reports that the were looking at Neymar but that has gone very very quiet

There is just not enough hard facts around which is worrying

It's amazing what confidentiality agreements can do. Both clubs will want to keep details out of the public domain.

Don't worry about a thing coz every little thing is gonna be alright

Fella i hope you are right but even if there was such a thing in place (more likely to be a gentlemans agreement rather than a formal NDA) then something always comes out - be it a coded message from the player or his agent or the club

We have seen nowt

Athletico WILL NOT want to keep this quiet - they would like nothing more than to give RM a right big fook off in public

Maybe they are just waiting for the deal to be finalized. Not good to do a big fook you in public only to have deal fall apart, they would look very silly.

I agree to some extent but I see more evidence of a quietly, quietly approach from Athletico, possibly because they dont want Aguero knowing the full facts of any impending move from Real.
Very easy for Real to issue a statement I know, but something just seems better than it did with our Sanchez dealings.
Look at all the shite that was coming from the President of Udinese, yet nothing from Athletico.
Good news that at least we have heard it quoted by the Player himself that he would like to try the PL.Also no shite (well at the moment) coming from the Agent, which again is good news.

Don't know why everyone is arguing and going on worrying about it just cause nothing has been said for a while.

everything's fine.

christ, you'd think a transfer was just cut and paste and takes a few phone calls, to some on here.

for crying out loud.

'48 hours to choose either City, Inter or Spurs???' LOL

Aguero has siad he is going and not returning this has been reported widely - the only reason the deal will fall apart is if Aguero wants it too ie he holds out for someone else

Couple this with public statements from Mancini today saying Herman will be welcome back even though the cheeky cnut wont pick up his calls - looks like he is edging his bets

time will tell i guess and hope you are right because despite the fact the Tevez is one of the best footballers i have ever seen in a blue shirt for the last 30 plus years for me i want him gone - just beed a replacement and Aguero is that man i believe

Hahaha, Spurs.

The Inter link is new but I don't think they could buy him until they sell Sneijder.
