And presumably anyone who fouls should also tell the ref? Then we won't need them.

Having said that it was a shocker, and proves if nothing else that the fools behind the goal do absolutely nothing

since football was created there has been many dodgey decisions we have both benifited and been on the receiving end of them .Players apart from the odd occasion never told the ref they made a mistake ,The ref would take no notice anyway .Remember when Arsenals finest knocked the ball in with his hand when playing for France to deprive Ireland of a world cup place ,cant remember to many pundits having a go at him .If Var was at the game and the clown at the side of the pitch did his job there would be no problem

“All the way to Kiev
To end up in defeat
Crying in the stands
And battered on the streets
Ramos injured Salah
Victims of it all
Sterling won the double
The scousers won f*ck all
ALLEZ ALLEZ ALLEZ”
And there's even a tiny bit about City in there. Who did the dippers knock out on their way to Kiev?

As for last night; it was never in doubt. The dodgy penalty helped but it only delayed the inevitable just like the dodgy second against Burnley.
Dino had a great game, Mahrez took them apart and did some good stuff defensively, and it was our highest ever score in a European game.
The rag moron on Talkshite was suggesting Sterling should have told the ref he'd tripped up and it wasn't a penalty but Cundy just ripped him apart for it.
I thought the draw in Lyon was a good result as although it delayed our qualification, it means we have a better chance of topping the group.

Odd one for me with the Sterling pen , he gets stick from some for not telling the ref .....yet nothing is said about the wolves lad who scored with his hand as well as being off side ....yet nothing is said about Milner not telling the ref thst he touched the ball last for what should have been our second against the dippers.
Seems to me the only reason Sterling is getting stick is because it's him and he plays for City.....I am sure if that happen for the dippers or the scum the press would just be laughing about saying how bad the ref was ....

I don't think sterling should tell the ref what stick would he have got if he did than City went on to lost ?

Yep, some will claim it’s racism but it’s not. Boly was never questioned on his integrity. It all boils down to him leaving the cult and them not liking it.

I don’t remember Ashley Young begging the referee to give City a penalty after he’d taken Sergio out in last seasons derby and then there being ANYONE saying he should have done.....
