Even in the seemingly most open and shut crime cases, there is still a trial.

You have absolutely no idea of her guilt or otherwise, and seem content to deny a fellow citizen the right to a fair trial.

I know your last comment was likely a bit tongue in cheek, but I wouldn't be surprised if there is an element of truth to it given your posts.

You correct in a way. Loads of males have returned, done their time, if necessary and have been reintegrated into society and you don’t know who the fuck they are and you don’t care unless one reoffends.

Indeed. Just do our duty to international law. It seems Brexit has made people think that international law isn’t as important as British law, even though we helped create it.

I hope that we have adults in charge of our politics and diplomacy after the next election and this version of the Tory party is disbanded and credible candidates stand in 2030.

Why should she be tried here if the crimes were committed abroad?
Should someone from GB who committed a crime abroad face a British court? Should a British drug trafficker caught in Thailand be tried here?
I think she fancies her chances in a British Court rather than any other in the world.

Because Syria aren’t in a position to try her.

If they bunged her on a flight to the UK, we’d have to deal with her.

If your trafficker couldn’t be tried in Thailand, then yes, he should face trial here.

It’s amazing that you think British law is so useless. Up until our last two AGs, British law was revered around the world, bar the odd British lunatic.
