As far as I can work out she was born here and therefore a British citizen so should stand trial here , don’t see as a country how we can expect other countries to accept their citizens when we deport them but won’t accept one of our own .

And round the houses we go. She doesn’t have a Bangladeshi passport, she can apply for one, which the Bangladeshi government has already said she would be unsuccessful.

She’ll stay in limbo until we are forced to take her back as no one can become stateless.

She‘ll then stand trial and likely be imprisoned for some time.

She should stand trial in the country the alleged crimes were committed.
