If Vinnie had been out the length of time Vidic has - we would NOT have won the league. Simples.

Maybe it was down to better squad rotation and training methods. As a result less injuries. Simples!

not to mention the three italian physio`s that bob shipped over because he thought the ones we had were shit

Here's a fact for you:

WE'VE GOT A BETTER SQUAD, SO IF THERE ARE ANY INJURIES WE CAN BRING IN TOP CLASS PLAYERS.

The rags (and spuds) don't have much quality on the bench.

I heard they were planning to sell him to madrid as he wanted out. the injury is the only reason he was still there

Figures in the article are slightly bent no? Look at the players United have had missing, some of them play once, twice a season. De Laet, Cleverley, reserve goalie, Owen, Giggs(no shit he's 40), Fabio. Come on why don't they count Assulin, M Johnson, David Gonzalez?

Who gives a flying fuck. Does this table take into account that United played a Spurts side at WHL without, Bale, Parker, VDV, Lennon, King, Dawson? Or played an Arsenal side with 5 or 6 teenagers in it twice. Or played Chelsea twice with AVB in charge? Things like that make a big difference. Not mentioned.

Looks like Mancini know's what he is doing, and fitness and squad rotation is vital, look at the run in, we had every player fit and desperate to play. Even Mario played like a man possessed when he got his chance as did Edin. Mental fitness is as important as physical fitness and Mancini and his team instil both...

What a load of bullshit, do people actually get paid to research and write this shit? If so I think I will do some research into the number of significant passes made with the outside of a player's weaker foot and see how many of them led to goals. By significant I mean those passes that were more than 15 yards in length, swerved by more than three feet and go above knee height. Based on those stats it will be interesting to see where City finished in the league won't it!

If they hd lost Rooney for the time tevez was away...

If they lost Rooney for the time the Toure's were away...

We lost players KEY PLAYERS when they didn't even have an injury then add to that we did have injuries too.

Do people think they would have won the league if Vedic was fit all season but they lost Rooney for 3 months? I think they would have ended up in the same position they finished 2nd
