Should Hughes resign?

You can't fault our owners for the commitment they have shown and for sticking with Hughes for so long.

After 80 games in charge and the pitiful display last night, would the decent thing be for Hughes to offer his resignation?

11 points out of 30
No system or strategy
Basic defensive errors, week-in, week-out
Numerous backroom issues

Come on Mark, it's plain you are out of your depth. Do the decent thing and resign. Leave with some honour left intact.

11pts out of 30 - correct
No system or stratgey - wrong
Basic defensive errors - blmae the player(s)
Numerous backroom issues - rumour, you opinion or fact??????????????????????????

stop flapping for christ sakes!!!!

Come off it mate. 80 games and look how we are playing.

We have SO much talent in the side, the good results are down to individual brilliance and NOTHING to do with how our manager has crafted a winning team. Honestly, Fulham play more attractive football. If they had our talent in the side they would be in the top 3.

and what about 230 million pounds spent and 4 wins in 28 away games !!

There is not a snowball in hell's chance of him resigning.

If he's sacked he gets the rest of his contract paid off.

Who's the last premiership manager to resign? I can't remember one in years.

Actually our Kev did at Newcastle, but he then successfully sued for constructive dismissal and got an even bigger payout.

Fat chance of numpty walking away from the money, not least because he wont get another premier team to give him a job after the f*ck up he`s done here.

I suggest we all get Blackburn flags and have a sing-song

"Its just like watching Blackburn, Its just like watching Blackburn............

Its all to do with money.

Its like someone resigning after they have been informed of being made redunant. Bit of a non-starter.

interesting isn't it... IF this doesn't improve greatly, how does he go from this job to another? He wouldn't get another big job, not that there are any... Is he like Fat Sam who easily gets a job at a smaller club down the road, a McLaren who goes abroad to rebuild his rep, or an O'Leary who disappears? Or, perhaps worse of all, he ends up as QPR's 3425th manager in two years?

Clough was able to rebuild his career after Leeds and I think he came out of that worse than Hughes will come out of city.

He wouldn't go voluntarily, why should he when he can wait and get a big pay out on the remainder of his contract.

The next two games are critical to his survival and any less than six points will not be acceptable and I think our owners will decide enough is enough.

FUCKING LOADS OF BACKROOM ISSUES............- FACT

nothing to do with flapping, i was a hughes inner, but his failings in cementing the foundations are becoming laughable.
